BE MY ENEMY is the latest project of Cubanate member Phil Barry. With Cubanate Phil released 4 albums toured the world,supported acts such as Gary Numan and Front 242 and has had music on the soundtracks to films , TV shows and video games. Even though Cubanate disbanded in 2000 Cubanate’s unique sound is still a major influence on many bands today, with acts such as The Prodigy and Fear Factory citing them as a influence. BE MY ENEMY combines hard industrial dance beats with heavy guitars and Phils vocals, mixing up elements of Techno, Metal, Drum and Bass and Rock to produce a energetic hybrid equally at home in the clubs as well as on stage at festivals. A debut album entitled ‘This is The New Wave’ is in production and will be out in 2010.
